Drag, Sound and Performance
To remind us we are one with the Earth, the Sun and the Moon.
We are all connected.

These are videos from our performances - We do not need a large spaces or audience ‘dance’ participation to achieve this same states of joy and collective feeling displayed in these videos. We have taken our show to festivals where the audience remains seated the entire time.

Performance structure

The piece is structured as a sequence of interconnected scenes, moving between performance, sound, and guided audience attention.

Opening – Arrival / Clearing
The performance begins with a drag-led opening. Mama Shiva introduces the space through lip sync, voice, and original music together with Todd James. This sets the tone and establishes a shared focus in the room.

Breath & Sound – Collective Activation
The audience is gently guided into a simple breathing pattern accompanied by live music. This is not presented as a workshop, but as a performative moment where breath becomes part of the sonic composition. The audience participates at their own level.

Drag Show – Layers of Life
A sequence of drag acts that move between humor, intimacy, and stillness.

It starts playful — lip sync, character, exaggeration — and gradually strips things back.
Less costume, less persona. More presence.

The idea is simple: underneath everything, we’re all the same.
What we show on stage — identity, emotion, story — is something we put on and take off.

Didgeridoo & Voice – Resonance
A live performance with didgeridoo, percussion, and voice. The focus is on low frequencies and rhythm, creating a dense, physical sound environment that shifts the energy

Karaoke With the Audience

A moment of joy and connection. Singing with a room full of people and activating your throat and the vibratory power of sound inside the heart. Planting the seed of joy.

Pause – Guided Relaxation
A short transition into stillness. The audience is invited to sit or lie down, allowing the previous intensity to settle.

Live Set – Tonbo
A live performance with modular synthesizer and Japanese flute. This section introduces a more open, atmospheric sound, moving the piece into a different emotional register.

Our Last Concert was for 500 people at Metropol Berlin - we explored the theme of the new year FIREHORSE - and how we can use the energy of Fire to bring healing energy onto the planet.

Tonbo

Modular synthesizer / Flute / Singer / Live Artist

Music for the pineal gland.

Tonbo is a Tokyo-based live artist whose immersive performances blend organic expression with con-temporary electronic sound. His live sets combine modular synthesizers, the bamboo flute Bansuri, and his own voice, forming a distinctive sonic language where tradition meets modern technology.
